Introduction

1. The promoter is Vestel Holland B.V. UK Branch Office, licensee of Toshiba TV UK. (the "Promoter").

2. Promoter: Vestel Holland B.V. UK Branch Office, 1 Waterside Drive, Langley, Slough. Berks. SL3 6EZ.

3. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 16-21, who were born between 22nd August 2009-25th July 2003. This is except for employees or directors of the Promoter and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

4. By entering this promotion, you are confirming that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that might be awarded to you.

5. TOSHIBA TV UK hereby excludes any liability, damages, loss or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition, being selected for the prize or due to the non-claim of the prize by the winning contestant.

6. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

7. Promotional Period: The Promotion opens at 11am on Friday 25th July 2025 and closes at 23:59 Monday 18th August 2025.

8. Usage rights: All submitted content will be available for use by the Promoter on its owned channels for 12 months from the 25th July 2025. This will include organic social media: for re-sharing across @toshibatvuk social channels, and may also include product pages on the Toshiba website and CRM emails.

How To Enter

1. Complete the application form on the microsite here: https://www.seeing-is-believing.com/competition.

2. Only 1 entry per person. If you enter more than once your first entry will be accepted and all others will be disqualified.

3. Only entries which complete the form in full will be eligible for winning.

4. During the Promotional Period, some entries might be shared by the Promoter, or @toshibatvuk may comment on your entry. This does not mean that you are a winner, neither does it increase your chances of winning.

5. Any entries that we consider (in our absolute discretion) to be political, dangerous, profane, suggestive, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, racist, copied, offensive (including but not limited to words or symbols that might be considered offensive to individuals of any race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group) cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.

6. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

7. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple Instagram accounts; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that participant's or a household's entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

Winner Selection

1. There is 1 winning filmmaker in total, with 2 runners up. The winner will be judged via the criteria as laid out on @toshibatvuk's Instagram page / competition launch post.

2. Winning entries will be chosen by a panel of 2 x judges, with the process overseen and verified by an independent third party.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to not award the prize if there are not enough entries which meet the entry criteria.

Prize Fund

1. There are 3 prizes in total. The 1 x overall winner will receive filmmaking equipment up to a maximum value of £2,000, and a Toshiba television. The 2 x runners up will receive filmmaking equipment up to a maximum value of £500, and a Toshiba television.

2. The winner and runners up can advise The Promoter on what equipment they would like to receive as a prize, but the ultimate and final decision on the prize offered will be The Promoter's to make.

3. There is no cash alternative to the prize stated and prize must be accepted by the named winners. Prize cannot be transferred to anyone else.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

5. Max 1 prize per winner.

Winner Notification & Verification

1. Winners will be contacted via email within 7 days of the closing date, notified of their win, and required to provide further details as instructed.

2. Please check your Junk inbox if you have not received any communication from Toshiba or their partners.

3. Winners have 48 hours to claim their prize by replying to the email with detail included as instructed. If a winner does not reply within the initial 48 hours of notification, they will be contacted again via email and given a further 24 hours to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the prize is not claimed, within 48 hours of the initial prize notification date, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner.

Prize Fulfilment

1. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details when confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize claim to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance.

General

1. TOSHIBA TV UK reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. The Walt Disney Company, Marvel and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the competition, contest or sweepstakes.
